How do you open the account for the register that you want printed?

After that, select Banking. You can either use Register or click on the Quickbooks Check Register icon on the Home Screen. If you have multiple bank accounts, select the register for the account for which you want a print.

The Print Register dialogue box will appear. When you open the account registration form, this option will display.

Fill in the Date Range fields as follows: You can use the fields of From and Through to get a print of the register that isn't for the current year or transaction date. Type in the dates you're looking for, and you're done.

You can also tick the Print Splits Detail checkbox, which is an optional step that you can take if you desire. Messy details are not displayed by the register, and we are aware of this; nonetheless, if you still want to look at the costs and items tab, you can check the box.

If you find that everything meets your requirements, click OK.

You can also save the report to your hard drive.

Finalize the paper orientation, such as how the report will be laid out or which way it will be printed.

You can set the page limit using the Print Range option.

If you have a coloured tag printer, you can also get a coloured print. Simply check the Print in Color option.

You can see a preview of the report before you submit it.

Once you've got the report just how you want it, click Print, and QuickBooks will print your register for you.
