How to Resolve QuickBooks can’t Find Company File issue?

I am making the best use of the functions of QuickBooks for proper maintenance of daily based financial transactions. QuickBooks is the best accounting software, which is widely used by countless business users. When I attempt to open company file, I am receiving QuickBooks can't Find Company File error. I am receiving this error from a long time, so my all accounting tasks are pending. I am trying to find out the major reasons of this error, but I don’t get the success to recognize the real reasons. First time, I am facing this error, so I don’t have the solid ideas about this error. As per my accounting experience, I am trying my knowledge to rectify this error, but nothing is very helpful.
